What is DocSpotCheck?

DocSpotCheck helps reviewers identify discrepancies and questions in invoices, receipts and related evidence, with source material beside the findings.

Can I use it today?

The public interactive demo uses synthetic documents and needs no sign-up. Account and saved-file features are available subject to access controls. Hosted document checking remains restricted to approved testing; customer analysis and real paid subscriptions are not open yet. Testing access does not mean all advertised future features are available.

Which files and how many can I check?

Approved hosted testing accepts one PDF or supported image per check, up to 5 MB and three pages, with three check attempts per account in 24 hours. A file may still be unreadable or unsupported despite its extension. Other formats and bulk processing depend on future availability or an agreed Case Review scope. File and testing limits are separate from monthly plan allowances.

Does it detect every mistake or prove fraud?

No. Checks depend on readability, context and the available evidence. AI can make mistakes and miss information. A discrepancy is a reason to investigate, not proof of fraud. Verify consequential findings against the originals and seek appropriate professional advice.

Why does a document say “Partially checked”?

Processing has finished, but some checks could not be completed reliably. Other calculations may still have passed. Click the label to see the stored reasons and use “View check” to inspect a related row. This status does not mean processing is still running.

Does “Mark reviewed” approve the document?

No. It records that you examined the document. It does not alter findings or certify correctness. Use the previous and next arrows to browse the same folder, search results or upload check without automatically changing review status.

Can I organise and delete files?

My Files supports folders, moving files and review acknowledgements. Deleting a file removes the original, retained previews and saved checking versions from active application storage. Deleting a folder moves remaining documents to Unfiled. Keep independent copies; provider backups and operational records may have different retention.

Are my files public or used by AI providers?

Saved files use private storage and account ownership checks. Approved hosted analysis can send relevant content through Vercel AI Gateway to OpenAI, requiring provider routes supporting Zero Data Retention and excluding prompt training. These controls do not erase saved files, operational records or enquiry emails. Singapore hosting does not establish Singapore-only AI processing. Read the Privacy notice and contact us before submitting privileged, regulated or highly sensitive evidence.

Which currency is used for prices and document amounts?

Platform prices are in USD. Pro is proposed at US$199/month; Case Review starts at US$8,800/case, subject to scope. Applicable taxes and the final total must be disclosed before purchase. The 50-page Pro allowance resets each paid billing cycle with no rollover. Explicit rechecks count, but reopening saved results and failed checks do not. Completed saved reports count even when they record issues or partial checking coverage. Uploaded-document amounts stay in their source currency; choosing a USD plan does not convert them.

What if I use all 50 pages before my next billing date?

Pro counts pages, not documents: a one-page document uses one page, and a two-page document uses two. Once all monthly and unexpired pack pages are exhausted, buy another pack or wait for the next paid billing cycle to start new checks. Saved results remain available to open and export. There are no automatic overage charges.

Each optional pack adds 50 pages for US$199 as a one-time purchase. Pages expire 90 days after confirmed payment. An active paid Pro subscription is required to buy and use pack pages; expiry continues while Pro is inactive. Monthly pages are used first, then the soonest-expiring pack. Packs survive monthly renewal until their own expiry. Each purchase is explicit: no automatic recharge or change to your renewal date. Refunded or disputed pack payments can make remaining pages unavailable; contact us about billing concerns. Real purchases are not yet enabled; sandbox checkout is for testing only.

Is Case Review a subscription?

Case Review starts at US$8,800 as a one-time payment per agreed case, with no automatic renewal. The proposed scope is up to 500 documents, 1,000 processed pages and 1 GB of source data, subject to complexity assessment. Its case allowance is separate from Pro monthly pages and extra-page packs. A Pro subscription is not required. Final scope, deliverables, timing, access period, rechecks, cancellation and refund terms must be agreed in writing before payment. Additional work requires a separate agreed quote.

Case Review is currently enquiry-only. Request a quote through the Case Review page or contact us. We confirm availability and scope before accepting an engagement; an enquiry does not create an order or trigger a charge.

Are DocSpotCheck fees subject to GST?

PWK Holdings Pte. Ltd. is not GST-registered and does not charge Singapore GST on platform fees. Other applicable taxes and the final total will be shown before purchase.

This concerns platform billing only. GST amounts printed on your uploaded receipts and invoices remain part of the source evidence and can still be checked.

Can I pay, cancel or request a refund?

Real billing is not active. Approved sandbox checkout may be available for testing through Stripe; use test payment details only. Before paid services open, checkout or your written order will explain payment, renewal, cancellation and refund terms. Contact us about any charge or billing concern; mandatory legal rights still apply.
